The official release of the Phase Two learning objects and digital resources to all Department of Education and Children’s Services schools and preschools occurred at the beginning of Term One in 2007. The release was through the distribution of the 'Access to Le@rn' resource package and the launch of the Digital Learning Bank (DLB) repository.
The Office of Primary Middle and Senior Secondary Services and the Office of Early Childhood and State-wide Services have developed the 'Access to Le@rn' resource package which comprises both the 'Access to Le@rn' A4 tri-fold and the 'Access to Le@rn' CD. This package aims to provide access, inform learning sites and give support in relation to digital resources and learning objects. The main elements of the package include:

A copy of the package in DVD format will also be available on request. The DVD also includes learning objects and digital resources released by TLF up to September 2006.
Access to TLF learning objects and other digital resources has been provided through the development of the DLB. This is an internet-based environment that hosts digital learning content and provides simple and efficient processes for users to search, browse, contribute and retrieve online materials to support their teaching and learning programs. The DLB is user-friendly and the content is quality assured and readily discoverable and can be used in many ways (for example, with learning management systems, interactive whiteboards and desktop applications). All TLF resources can be downloaded from the DLB.
A University forum was held on 17 September 2007 at the Education Development Centre, Hindmarsh. The forum was specifically designed for lecturers involved in the education of pre-service teachers.
