Quality processes

The digital resources production process is designed to efficiently and cost-effectively create high-quality materials. It is a flexible and customisable series of checks and balances that ensures educational, editorial and technical quality is maintained from selection through to publication.

To support our process we have developed a workflow tool to capture information about resources and to help manage scheduling and responsibilities at each stage of production.

The Le@rning Federation works with partner institutions to develop an agreed workflow for production of digital resources to cater for each organisation's requirements. The workflow is then loaded into our online software to ensure all participants in the production process can view and track progress of content development.
