The Le@rning Federation develops and licenses high-quality digital curriculum content in two formats: learning objects and digital resources.
Learning objects are interactive multimedia resources.
Digital resources are items sourced from cultural and scientific institutions in Australia and New Zealand.
Teachers can customise digital resources according to classroom needs, subject to conditions of use. The document linked below lists multimedia tools and applications compatible with digital resources.
Catalogues provide detailed information about the digital curriculum content available in a range of curriculum areas.
A number of collections have been created to demonstrate the potential of TLF materials. These collections group learning objects and digital resources into similar topics, themes and concepts. To view a sample collection, select one of the following learning areas and scroll down to the subheading 'Building themes from TLF digital content': Australian history, English and literacy and Indigenous content and perspectives.
The Le@rning Federation is an initiative of the state, territory and federal governments of Australia
and New Zealand. This initiative is project managed by Curriculum Corporation. Copyright.
