Building themes from TLF digital content

Teachers can use learning objects and digital resources to build multimodal English and literacy learning tasks. For example, 'Memories' uses several texts to explore the concepts of memory and remembering. 'Memories' also encourages students to construct their own texts in response.

Teaching ideas

Visit our Secondary English teacher ideas page to read how English teachers from across Australia are using TLF's digital content for teaching and learning.

Cross-curriculum literacy

Teachers seeking to support literacy development across the curriculum are encouraged to explore the content available in other curriculum areas, such as Science, Mathematics and numeracy, and Australian history.
